About the Role

Red Feather Tech is seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing PPC campaigns, SEO strategy, brand reputation, and lead generation for both design and development projects.

You will work closely with the Design, Sales, and Development teams to build, execute, and optimize campaigns that strengthen our digital presence and drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital channels for lead generation and prospecting.
  • Develop and manage strategies for brand creation, visibility, and reputation management across all online platforms.
  • Oversee and guide SEO activities, including on-page and off-page optimization, keyword research, and performance tracking.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, preparing detailed reports and actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with the content, design, and development teams to ensure brand consistency and impactful messaging.
  • Lead marketing automation and remarketing campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure optimal allocation of spend across campaigns.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging digital tools.
  • Drive online engagement, social media growth, and overall brand awareness.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency or IT company.
  • Strong command over Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Excellent understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and Tag Manager.
  • Experience in managing brand reputation and PR across social media and review platforms.
  • Proficiency with marketing tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Hotjar, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
