Role Description

This is a full-time position for an Event Planning Specialist, located on-site in Karachi. The Event Planning Specialist will be responsible for planning and managing events, coordinating with clients to understand their requirements, and ensuring the seamless execution of events. The day-to-day tasks include project management, overseeing event logistics, liaising with vendors, managing budgets, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and planning.

  • Strong Communication skills
  • Experience in Project Management and Planning
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Background in managing audiovisual and fabrication elements is a plus
