Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a B2B Sales Executive located in Rawalpindi. The B2B Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and presenting business solutions to meet clients' needs. The role includes conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, maintaining accurate sales records, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Business Development: Strong skills in lead generation, client acquisition, and achieving sales targets.
  • Communication and Presentation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to deliver compelling sales presentations.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Proficiency in building and maintaining client relationships and understanding client requirements.
  • Negotiation and Problem-Solving: Solid negotiation skills with the ability to resolve client concerns and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Time Management and Organization: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools.
  • Education and Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in B2B sales or a related field, and a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
