Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to identify, target, and onboard real estate offices/agencies as channel partners.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of B2B Sales Executives/Assistant Managers, providing guidance and performance feedback.
  • Set realistic sales objectives, KPIs, and performance standards for the team and ensure their consistent achievement.
  • Ensure the team is fully trained on all new projects, inventory updates, documentation, and the company's value proposition.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and partner feedback to adjust sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Report weekly sales forecasts, pipeline status, and comprehensive team performance directly to the Head of Department.

Qualification:
4 years bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

Experience:

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in B2B sales or Channel Partner Management, preferably within the real estate or related investment industry.
  • Minimum of 2 years in a managerial or team-lead role with direct reports.
  • Strong existing network within the local real estate brokerage community is a significant advantage.
  • Exceptional communication, sophisticated presentation, and strong negotiation skills.
