Dolphin Advanced Technology Services is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. This role requires a strategic thinker who can analyze data, optimize campaigns, and drive measurable results while staying current with digital marketing trends and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

-Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across search, social media, email, and display advertising

-Create and execute multi-channel marketing strategies aligned with business objectives

-Monitor and optimize campaign performance using data-driven insights

-Collaborate with the content writer to get ready compelling ad copy, email content, and social media posts

-Collaborate with design teams to develop engaging visual content

-Develop content calendars and manage content distribution schedules

-Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics across all digital channels

-Use Google Analytics, social media analytics, and other tools to measure campaign effectiveness

-Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, and other platforms

-Execute email marketing campaigns using marketing automation platforms

Required Qualifications

-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field

-3-5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience

-Proven experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other paid advertising platforms

-Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and marketing automation tools

-Strong analytical skills and experience with data interpretation

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills

-Previous experience in fintech marketing, depending on the company's focus
