Position Overview

We're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who can independently manage multiple client portfolios and run successful campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads. The ideal candidate is creative, analytical, and results-driven, capable of turning ideas into measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimize Meta and Google Ads campaigns for awareness, lead generation, and sales.
  • Create and manage sales funnels that convert leads into paying customers.
  • Collaborate with the design team and arrange creative assets (graphics, videos, ad copies, etc.).
  • Develop and execute campaigns to increase followers and engagement on Instagram & Facebook.
  • Monitor ad performance, analyze KPIs, and deliver clear reports to management.
  • Suggest improvements and scaling strategies based on campaign data.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads campaigns.
  • Understanding of sales funnels, audience targeting, and A/B testing.
  • Ability to design or arrange ad creatives as per campaign goals.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.

Compensation

  • Pay per Client: PKR 5,000/- per client managed successfully.
  • Opportunity for performance-based bonuses and long-term projects.
