The position is responsible for managing the Risk Analytics function which oversees credit portfolio reporting and analysis, financial risk analysis, treasury and liquidity oversight alongside analytics on easypaisa business. The incumbent will manage reporting and analysis pertaining to credit portfolios, maintain reports and provide visibility regarding business performance to all relevant stakeholders. Preparation and analysis of portfolio and financial data and dashboards to report and monitor health of different KPIs.

High degree of passion, innovative thinking, and execution discipline to coordinate with different stakeholders with respect to strategy development and implementation, process optimization and operations. Strong understanding of credit, deposit, placements/investments/Branchless Banking lifecycle especially in microfinance and digital lending space, proficient with Regulations, policies and best practices while a strong understanding of analytics, financial management and strategy.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee credit portfolio reporting, monitoring and analysis of key trends, risks and overall performance.

  • Support risk functions with data analysis for reporting of early warning indicators (EWI), concentration risk framework (CF), Risk Appetite Framework (RAF) and other requirements.

  • Responsible for division reviews/approvals of easypaisa agent/channel liquidity credit disbursements and ad hoc data requirements routed through external teams.

  • Support Productive & Digital Lending teams in managing credit portfolio quality and performance through sharing insights, collaboration and active engagement in pilot projects, product and system developments.

  • Development and management of Risk data infrastructure. Support teams with adhoc requirements including analysis, sourcing, and deployment of dashboards of key indicators across products and services.

  • Support Finance, Strategy and Leadership teams in the areas of strategy and management including special projects and external organizational deliverables.

  • Build and maintain strong relationship with key stakeholders and business partners by addressing operational issues / concerns in a timely manner.

  • Incumbent shall be responsible to adhere by Bank Behaviors in all aspects of his/her work conduct.

  • Ensure that a culture of risk and compliance management is implemented, and institute performance measures tied to individual risk and compliance responsibilities
  • Undertake any other tasks as directed by the Chief Risk Officer

Education & Experience:

  • 8-10 years of relevant experience
  • Good communication, analytical and presentation skills
  • Well versed with Microsoft office suite
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

  • Knowledge of Financial Management, Strategy and Analytics
