Our service portfolio encompasses Software Development, Web Development, Digital Marketing (Google Ads, SEO, GMB), Graphic Design, and Content Writing.

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to be the central hub of coordination between our Sales and IT departments. The ideal candidate will be the driving force behind taking client projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and under budget. You will be the primary point of contact for our international clients, leading your technical team with confidence and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Project Management: Take full ownership of multiple projects from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and successful closure.
• Client Engagement & Communication: Serve as the primary project management contact for international B2B clients. Confidently manage client expectations, provide regular updates, and handle communications independently.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the crucial link between the Sales team (Closers), upper management, and the technical/creative teams (development, marketing, design), ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Project Planning & Execution: Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive project plans, including scope definition, resource allocation, timelines, and budgets.
• Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and coordinate the technical team to achieve project milestones and deliverables efficiently.
• Risk & Budget Management: Proactively identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies. Manage project budgets effectively to ensure profitability.
• Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and methodologies across the software development life cycle (SDLC).

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (BCS) is compulsory. A Master's degree is preferred.
• Project Management Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in the same or a very similar project management role, within a software house or a call center/BPO environment is essential.
• Technical Background: A minimum of 2 years of experience as an Analyst or Developer is compulsory. Must have a sound understanding of the entire software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Client-Facing Skills: Proven experience independently managing and communicating with international clients, preferably from the UK, US, or Canadian regions.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills, with the confidence and professionalism to interact with clients and upper management.
