Role Overview:

As a Sales Assistant, you'll be part of our front-line travel support team — assisting clients with travel bookings, helping design custom itineraries, and gaining hands-on exposure to global travel systems. This is the ideal entry point for building a long-term career in the travel and tourism sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers via phone, email, WhatsApp, and live chat
  • Support reservations for flights, hotels, packages, and travel insurance
  • Help create personalized travel plans tailored to client needs
  • Learn and assist in using GDS platforms (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre)
  • Maintain accurate records and follow internal booking SOPs
  • Stay informed on visa procedures, airline rules, and destination details
  • Deliver excellent customer service to encourage repeat business

Who Can Apply:

  • Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree (Tourism, Business, Hospitality, or related field)
  • Experience: Fresh graduates welcome — full training will be provided

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills in English (written & spoken)
  • Fast typing speed and professional email writing ability
  • Enthusiastic about travel and learning industry tools
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Islamabad/Rawalpindi
  • Age: 18 to 30 | Male & Female candidates encouraged to apply
