Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical
Finance Specialist
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial data, preparing reports, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting budgeting and forecasting processes. This role plays a critical part in maintaining the financial health and transparency of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate financial records and reports in compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
  • Support the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
  • Monitor cash flow, accounts payable/receivable, and expenses.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely financial data submission and accuracy.
  • Assist in internal and external audits by preparing required documentation.
  • Analyze variances and report financial summaries with insights and recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations, financial standards, and company policies.
  • Contribute to process improvements and automation efforts in the finance function.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or CPA is a plus).
  • 2–4 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, reporting, and budgeting.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or ERP systems).
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in a tech or service-based industry
  • Knowledge of tax filings and statutory compliance
  • Familiarity with financial dashboards or reporting tools (e.g., Power BI)
