We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, and employee engagement, providing an excellent opportunity to learn and grow in the HR field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job boards and social platforms.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews.
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
  • Support onboarding and documentation of new hires.
  • Help organize employee engagement activities and HR events.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department.

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduate or final-year student in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel).
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Note: it's a 3-month internship program with a monthly stipend of PKR 10,000 to 25,000. The internship may lead to a permanent role based on performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs10, Rs25,000.00 per month
