*Job Title:* Calling Representative *Job Summary:* We're looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Calling Representative to join our team. As a Calling Representative, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers, prospects, or leads to achieve specific business objectives, such as generating sales, conducting surveys, or providing customer support. *Key Responsibilities:* - Make outbound calls to clients or leads as per the assigned target list - Engage with student in professional and courteous manner to understand their needs and provide solutions - Meet or exceed daily/monthly call targets and conversion rates - Handle students and concerns in a timely and effective manner - Update software with accurate and detailed information about student interaction - Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure alignment and effective communication *Requirements:* - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment - Strong persuasive and negotiation skills - Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude - Basic knowledge of CRM software and ability to learn new systems quickly - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends (if required) *What We Offer:* - Competitive salary and incentives - Opportunities for career growth and development - Training and support to enhance your skills and performance - A dynamic and supportive work environment If you're a motivated and results-driven individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity
