Call Center Agent
(Customer Support – Night Shift)

Lahore (Onsite after training)

Job Type:
Full-Time (Initially Remote – Night Shift, 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM)

Job Description:

We are looking for
experienced Call Center Agents
with excellent
English communication skills
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience handling
international (USA-based) calls
and should be confident in delivering a professional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls (USA-based clients).
  • Maintain a high level of spoken English fluency and professionalism.
  • Meet daily/weekly targets for calls, conversions, or customer satisfaction.
  • Keep records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
  • Provide excellent customer service while resolving queries efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree (Mass Communication, Business Administration, English, Marketing) preferred. Candidates with A/O Levels and strong English fluency are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience:
    6 months to 1 year of experience in a
    USA-based call center
    (Fresh graduates with exceptional spoken English may also apply).
  • Skills:
    Excellent spoken and written English, active listening, patience, problem-solving.
  • Other:
    Candidate must reside in
    Lahore
    with good internet and remote setup.
