DevVortex is seeking a driven and confident
Cold Calling Representative
to join our fast-growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for initiating outbound calls, building relationships with potential clients and introducing them to our digital solutions. You will collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to generate qualified leads, set appointments and help drive business growth through consistent and effective communication.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients daily.
  • Present DevVortex services clearly and persuasively to generate interest.
  • Qualify leads, gather key information and schedule follow-up appointments.
  • Follow call scripts and adapt conversations to address client needs and objections.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing departments to align messaging and outreach.
  • Track and meet weekly/monthly performance targets for calls and conversions.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing or inside sales.
  • Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Attributes

  • Experience working in a B2B technology or digital marketing environment.
  • Basic knowledge of sales pipelines and lead nurturing.
  • Ability to tailor conversations to different industries and decision-makers.
  • Driven, self-motivated and results-oriented personality.
