Job description: The position is responsible for managing the end-to-end payroll process, employee clearances, full and final settlements, and statutory compliance with EOBI, SESSI, and PESSI. This role ensures that all HR operations are executed efficiently and accurately, in alignment with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in HR operations, payroll management, and statutory compliance.
  • In-depth knowledge of payroll processes, EOBI, SESSI, and PESSI regulations.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software (FlowHCM is a big plus)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
