Role and Responsibilities

  • Support in recruitment and hiring process (job postings, screening, scheduling interviews)
  • Assist in employee onboarding and documentation
  • Maintain daily attendance records and share reports with Head Office Islamabad
  • Maintain employee data and personal files
  • Assist in payroll coordination with Head Office
  • Implement HR policies and procedures as instructed by Head Office
  • Handle employee relations and maintain professional communication
  • Prepare and share HR reports and official correspondence
  • Draft employment letters, memos, and notices
  • Coordinate with departments and Head Office for HR operations

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–2 years of relevant HR experience (education industry experience is a plus)
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Good understanding of HR operations and labor laws
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Strong follow-up, documentation, and reporting abilities
  • Professional attitude and ability to maintain confidentiality
