Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Professional to join our team. This role requires an individual with expertise in technical data analysis, network support, and a deep understanding of home appliances (AC/REF). If you have a passion for problem-solving and providing exceptional technical support, we invite you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct technical data analysis to ensure product performance and quality.

Provide network technical support to internal teams and customers.

Perform return parts analysis and manage product return inquiries.

Analyze SR (Service Report) units and resolve related issues.

Conduct product or part failure analysis to identify root causes and solutions.

Manage the S-BOM (Service Bill of Materials) for products and parts.

Take on special assignments from the Line Manager or Head of Department (HOD).

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the home appliances industry, particularly with ACs and refrigerators.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with service management and technical support in consumer electronics.

Ability to manage cross-functional teams and collaborate with other departments.

Preferred Skills:

Previous experience working in technical customer support or service management roles.

In-depth knowledge of home appliances (AC/REF) systems and parts.
