Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing strategies that promote our clients' products and services, enhance their brand presence, and achieve their business objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of digital marketing trends and the ability to drive impactful campaigns. Additionally, this position involves leading a team of Client Success Managers and Senior Success Managers, ensuring superior client service and campaign success.

Skills and Experience

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to our clients' needs to increase ROI, drive traffic, and generate leads.
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization for our clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and deliver engaging content that aligns with our clients' brand and marketing objectives.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to make informed decisions and improvements.
  • Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and maximizing ROI for our clients.
  • Lead and mentor a team of Client Success Managers and Senior Success Managers to ensure excellent client service and the successful delivery of digital marketing solutions.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, SEO tools, Google Analytics, and other relevant software.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams in a client-facing role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
