Role Summary

We're looking for an Associate Project Manager to assist in planning, coordinating, and managing software development projects. You will work closely with developers, designers, QA teams, and clients.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning project timelines and milestones
  • Communicate requirements between clients and teams
  • Break down tasks and assign to developers/designers
  • Track progress using ClickUp/Jira/Trello
  • Run standups and prepare weekly updates
  • Maintain documentation and requirement sheets
  • Identify delays and escalate where needed
  • Coordinate with QA for testing and delivery

Requirements

  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Basic understanding of Agile & SDLC
  • Familiarity with PM tools (ClickUp, Jira, Trello, Notion)
  • Basic technical understanding (APIs, web/app flow)
  • Bachelor's in CS/IT/Business (Fresh grads encouraged)
