Job Responsibilities:

Office Administration & Coordination

  • Oversee day-to-day administrative operations to ensure smooth functioning of the office.
  • Coordinate between departments for administrative and operational support.
  • Maintain office supplies, equipment, and facility management tasks.

Documentation & Record Management

  • Prepare, maintain, and organize official documents, files, and correspondence.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping and timely filing of administrative data.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.

Procurement & Vendor Management

  • Manage purchase requests, quotations, and vendor communications.
  • Maintain updated vendor records and ensure timely payment processing.
  • Monitor inventory and ensure timely replenishment of office materials.

Compliance & Policy Implementation

  • Ensure adherence to company policies and administrative procedures.
  • Support management in developing and implementing office protocols.
  • Monitor and report any non-compliance or operational issues.
