What IT Governance Intern (Service delivery & Finance) Does – MMBL?

Key Responsibilities

  • Track IT budget utilization, assist with financial forecasting, and help validate vendor invoices under supervision.
  • Support the analysis of spending trends and aid in preparing financial reports to identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Assist in monitoring vendor performance against SLAs and help prepare performance dashboards for review meetings.
  • Participate in procurement activities by aiding in the drafting of RFPs, coordinating vendor communications, and maintaining organized records of contracts and documentation.
  • Contribute to governance and compliance efforts by helping ensure adherence to IT policies and maintaining a central document repository.

What are we looking for and what does it take to be IT Governance Intern (Service delivery & Finance)

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree program in Computer Science, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong desire to learn IT financial management, vendor governance, and procurement processes.
  • Basic analytical skills and attention to detail for reviewing financial data and vendor documents.
  • Ability to organize tasks, manage documentation, and maintain accurate records.
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills for team and vendor interactions under guidance.
  • Understanding the importance of confidentiality in handling financial and contractual information.
