Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Sponsorship Sales Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in Karāchi. The Sponsorship Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sponsorship sales, generating new business opportunities, leading efforts in lead generation, managing sales accounts, and maintaining strong client relationships. Daily tasks will include identifying potential sponsors, developing proposals, negotiating contracts, and ensuring successful sponsorship activation.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Sponsorship Sales and Sales
  • Proven skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
  • Strong capabilities in Account Management
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in sports management or event management is an advantage
