Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated
Sponsorship & Partnership Executive
who can generate leads, secure sponsorships, and build long-term corporate relationships for Sportika's flagship events. This role requires strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to independently drive results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential sponsors and partners.
  • Develop compelling sponsorship proposals and presentations.
  • Secure sponsorship deals and partnerships for Sportika events.
  • Negotiate terms, manage contracts, and maintain client relationships.
  • Collaborate with Sportika's internal teams to ensure sponsor deliverables.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales/sponsorship targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong background in
    sales, lead generation, or business development
    .
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven negotiation skills and ability to close deals.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
  • Previous experience in sports/events industry is a plus.

Compensation


Performance-Based Incentives:
High commission on every successful sponsorship secured.
