Summary:

1 Stop Technologies is a fast-growing company founded just a few months ago, now with growing team. We've launched a new department focused on appointment setting in the Cost Estimation industry As a Calling Specialist, you'll call leads and book appointments for cost estimation projects across the U.S. You'll follow a proven script, train with industry veterans. This is a great opportunity to join early and grow as we scale the team to 50+ members in the coming months.

Responsibilities:

●      Make outbound calls using our CRM and dialer system.

●      Engage leads with professionalism and clarity to explain appointment details.

●      Follow the script closely while handling objections and maintaining a positive tone.

●      Book appointments directly on agents' calendars using internal scheduling tools.

●      Accurately log call results and lead statuses in the CRM.

●      Hit daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.

●      Join coaching sessions and team check-ins to improve performance.

●      Perform other support tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

●      Fluent in English with excellent spoken communication skills.

●      Confident phone presence and strong interpersonal abilities.

●      Ability to stay focused, organized, and performance-driven.

●      Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, outbound calling, or call center roles is a plus — but not required.

●      Willingness to follow training, learn fast, and take feedback constructively.
