Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Junior Business Analyst to join our team. The role involves assisting in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, supporting solution design, and ensuring smooth communication between stakeholders and technical teams. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in business analysis and software products and grow within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders.
• Support the preparation of business requirement documents (BRD), functional specifications, and user stories.
• Work with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and QA to ensure requirements are well understood.
• Conduct basic data analysis and research to support decision-making.
• Participate in meetings, workshops, and interviews with stakeholders to capture needs.
• Help in creating process flow diagrams, wireframes, and simple mockups.
• Assist in testing, validation, and UAT to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Maintain project documentation, track progress, and ensure requirements traceability.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or in a similar role.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Basic knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), and requirement gathering techniques.
• Ability to analyze problems and propose logical solutions.
• General understanding of software concepts such as APIs, Databases, frontend, backend, web, UI and UX, ...
• Familiarity with ERPs, accounting software, and construction industry is a valuable plus.
• Familiarity with tools like Zendesk, DevOps, MS Office, Excel, Figma, Balsamiq, or similar and use of AI is a valuable plus.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of business analysis.
