Annafeu Apparels, a fast-growing fashion brand in women's apparel, is looking for a full-time Production Planner to oversee and manage end-to-end production operations. This role is vital in ensuring timely execution of fabric productions (printed & embroidered) as well as stitched suits from our CMT unit, working closely with the Designing and Merchandising teams to deliver successful launches on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and monitor production schedules for both Unstitched fabric (printed & embroidered) and stitched suits (CMT unit).
  • Ensure the production calendar is strictly followed and all production targets are achieved within set timelines.
  • Coordinate with fabric mills, processors, embroidery units, and printing vendors to ensure timely fabric deliveries.
  • Supervise CMT production flow – fabric cutting, stitching, finishing, and QC – to meet daily and weekly output targets.
  • Track production progress at every stage and resolve bottlenecks proactively.
  • Collaborate with Design Team for design approvals, technical details, and sampling timelines.
  • Align with Merchandisers to ensure production meets planned launch deadlines.
  • Ensure quality standards are maintained across fabric production and stitched suits.
  • Maintain detailed reports of production status, output, and timelines for management.
  • Assist in capacity planning for internal units and vendor management for outsourced processes.
  • Recommend process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Textile, Apparel Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in Apparels mainly in fabric production planning (printed/embroidered) and/or stitching unit management.
  • Strong knowledge of fabric processing workflows and CMT operations.
  • Excellent organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver within strict deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, ERP/ClickUp knowledge is an advantage.
