Deputy Manager

- Monitor inventory levels across warehouses/locations and ensure alignment with forecasted demand.
- Develop and implement inventory control procedures and best practices.
- Ensure stock accuracy through regular cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams to manage receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
- Ensure proper storage conditions, stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO), and inventory tagging.
- Collaborate with demand planners, procurement, and sales to forecast and maintain appropriate inventory levels.
- Implement automated reorder systems and safety stock levels.
- Maintain inventory records and generate regular reports on inventory status, variances, and KPIs.
- Analyze data to identify trends, slow/non-moving items, and suggest corrective actions.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, logistics, and sales teams to ensure seamless supply chain flow.
- Support product lifecycle management and assist in managing product phase-in/phase-out processes.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory standards, and audit requirements.
- Support internal and external audits related to inventory.
