We are now hiring a Business Development Executive who can generate qualified leads and play a key role in acquiring new business in the U.S. market.
What You'll Be Doing
- Identify and generate high-quality leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, cold calls, and industry directories
- Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through follow-ups and presentations
- Understand Kontempo's services and tailor outreach strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with internal teams to align client needs with service offerings
- Set up meetings, calls, or demos with potential clients for our sales team
- Meet weekly and monthly lead-generation targets
What We're Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B lead generation or sales, preferably in the digital marketing space
- Strong communication and negotiation skills (both written and verbal)
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and proactive mindset
- Familiarity with CRMs, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or other lead-gen tools
- Ability to work independently and remotely with accountability
