Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Shopify Sales Specialist located in Karachi. The Shopify Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing Shopify stores, driving sales growth, training team members, providing exceptional customer service, and formulating sales strategies. Day-to-day tasks include interacting with clients, resolving customer issues, monitoring sales metrics, and staying updated with the latest Shopify trends and tools.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven Sales and Sales Management experience
  • Experience in Training team members
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in e-commerce or related field is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
