Job Title: Task Coordinator and Quality Control Specialist - VA

Job Type: Remote | Full-Time | Pakistan

Job Description:

In this role, you will oversee the coordination for Australian client, maintenance, and quality control of multiple short-term rental properties, ensuring operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.

Primary Responsibilities

Property Management Oversight

Coordinate ongoing maintenance, repairs, and on-site works for properties.

Liaise with external contractors and vendors to ensure prompt and quality service delivery.

Manage property readiness and condition to ensure satisfaction for both guests and owners.

Portfolio Development

Assist in identifying opportunities for improvement across the property portfolio.

Support in bringing new properties online, including setup, contractor scheduling, and pre-listing readiness.

Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and contractors to ensure scalable support as the portfolio grows.

Quality Control & Reporting

Oversee inspection schedules and ensure service standards are consistently met.

Monitor maintenance tickets, task completion timelines, and contractor performance.

Provide comprehensive reports and dashboards to management with insights on property condition and recurring issues.

Tools and Major Dashboards to Utilise

Breezeway: For tasks, messaging, property profiles, guides, guest arrival ratings, etc.

Reva or Guesty Reviews: For review replies, tracking cleaner reports, identifying recurring issues, and suggesting upkeep.

Guesty: For review and instruction enhancement, including custom fields for property troubleshooting and information migration to Breezeway.
