We are looking for a motivated Sales & Lead Generation Executive to help grow our T-shirt business by generating new opportunities, scheduling in-person appointments, and cold calling both new and existing clients. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with proven sales experience and the drive to grow into a full-cycle sales professional.

Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified leads through outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups·
  • Set appointments or gather details for the business owner and sales team to quote·
  • Contact existing clients to introduce new services (T-Shirts) and upsell opportunities·
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and follow-ups in CRM·
  • Learn the printing and T-shirt industry, product offerings, and customer pain points to effectively communicate value.

Must Haves

  • 2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or appointment setting (B2B preferred)·
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)·
  • Strong organisational and follow-up abilities·
  • Comfortable with outbound prospecting and cold outreach·
  • Self-motivated with a proactive, hunter mindset·
  • Willingness to learn the printing and t-shirt business and take on more responsibility over time

Nice to Have:

  • Prior experience in printing, t-shirts, or related industries·
  • CRM knowledge (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)

  • Job Timings: On-site evening night shift following US EST
