Project Coordinator Intern
to support our project management team. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in coordinating projects, working with cross-functional teams, and learning professional project management practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist project managers in planning, organizing, and monitoring ongoing projects.
  • Support in preparing project documentation, reports, and presentations.
  • Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Communicate with internal teams to support smooth project execution.
  • Conduct research and provide insights to improve project processes.
  • Learn and apply project management tools and methodologies.

Requirements:

  • possesses a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with project management tools (Trello, Asana, Jira, or similar) is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute.
