About the Role:
We are looking for a highly experienced and motivated
Senior Sales & Quality Assurance Trainer
to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales and customer support, with excellent communication skills and a proven ability to analyze performance and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct one-on-one performance analysis with sales team members.
- Provide targeted training to improve individual and team results.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained across all customer interactions.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Utilize data and reports to guide sales decisions and identify improvement areas.
- Encourage continuous learning, motivation, and professional growth within the team.
Requirements:
- 5–7 years of proven experience in sales and customer support.
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and coaching abilities.
- Ability to motivate, train, and guide team members toward better performance.
