Responsibilities:

· Assist in the administration and support of IT infrastructure including LAN/WAN, POS systems and surveillance (CCTV).

· Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues across branches and departments.

· Coordinate with service providers and vendors for maintenance, repairs, and system upgrades.

· Support the configuration and monitoring of firewall and VPN security solutions.

· Perform data entry, user support, and report generation for various Oracle modules.

· Collaborate on documenting workflows, system changes, and SOPs.

· Develop and update performance dashboards using Excel.

· Maintain IT asset inventory, license records, and service logs.

· Handle remote desktop and support tools (TeamViewer, Any Desk) for off-site troubleshooting.

· Basic knowledge of networking, systems installation, Software installation and troubleshooting.

· Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
