HIRING: International Sales Specialist – Front Seller (Night Shift – Onsite)

Location: Zamzama Commercial, Clifton, Karachi

Timings: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM (US Time Zone)

Job Type: Full-time | Onsite Only

Big Bash Studio, a Florida, US-based full-house design studio, is expanding its team in Karachi We specialize in Logo Design, Website Design, Mobile App Design, Social Media Design, UI/UX Design, and E-book Design, serving clients across the US, UK, Canada, and Europe.

We're looking for an experienced Sales Specialist (Front Seller) who can take charge of client conversions, drive consistent revenue growth, and lead from the front in an exciting, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make daily sales calls to high-quality international leads and convert them into paying clients.
  • Plan, strategize, and execute effective sales strategies with measurable outcomes.
  • Coordinate closely with Business Development and Lead Generation teams to ensure a smooth flow of prospects into the pipeline.
  • Consistently achieve monthly sales targets and maintain a healthy sales funnel.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals independently, ensuring client satisfaction and maximum value delivery.
  • Use the latest Cold Calling Tools, CRM systems, and automation platforms to optimize your workflow.
  • Maintain a daily log of all calls, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM.
  • Prepare and present weekly sales reports to the leadership team.

Main Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of int' sales experience, closing clients in the US, UK, Canada, and Europe.
  • Proven experience working in a Digital Agency or Design Studio in a similar capacity.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
  • Proficiency in using Sales CRMs, cold-calling tools, and lead tracking systems.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to close deals and exceed targets.
  • Must be comfortable working night shifts (US time zone) on-site in Karachi.
