Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager at the Water Treatment Plant, based in Karachi East District. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the water treatment process and its daily operations while ensuring compliance with environmental and safety standards. Key responsibilities include supervising the maintenance of machinery, monitoring water quality, managing team members, and reporting on the plant's performance. The role also involves identifying areas for process improvement to enhance the efficiency and sustainability of operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of water treatment processes, quality control, and safety standards
  • Experience in plant maintenance and operations
  • Proficiency in supervising teams and ensuring effective collaboration
  • Problem-solving, analysis, and decision-making skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
  • Prior experience in water treatment, textile, or manufacturing industries is a plus
