Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Store Manager at Bata Pakistan Limited, located in Karachi. The Retail Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, ensure customer satisfaction, manage inventory levels, and achieve sales targets. Responsibilities include training and managing store staff, implementing retail loss prevention measures, and maintaining the visual presentation of the store. The role also requires analyzing sales performance and customer feedback to optimize store operations and service quality.

Qualifications

  • Customer-focused skills, including proficiency in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
  • Strong Store Management skills to oversee daily operations and achieve business goals
  • Effective Communication skills to manage and support store teams and build positive relationships with customers
  • Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention strategies to maintain asset security
  • Leadership, problem-solving abilities, and a goal-oriented mindset
  • Bachelor's degree or Master in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred)
  • Previous experience in a retail store management role is an advantage
