Job Overview

We are looking for a Store Sales Manager to lead and manage daily operations at our rug store.

The ideal candidate should have strong sales expertise, customer service skills, and team

leadership abilities to ensure smooth store performance and excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily store operations, ensuring a professional and customer-friendly

environment.

  • Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide personalized customer service by understanding clients' needs and guiding them

through product selection.

  • Drive in-store promotions, visual merchandising, and product displays to enhance

sales.

  • Track inventory, coordinate with the Accountant and Website Manager, and ensure

product availability.

  • Maintain sales records, prepare reports, and analyze performance.
  • Train and supervise staff on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer

handling.

  • Work closely with the marketing team for store promotions and events.
  • Handle customer complaints and professionally resolve issues.

Skills & Requirements

  • Proven experience in store management and retail sales.
  • Experienced in dealing with international clients and fluent in English
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a luxury/home décor environment.
  • Knowledge of sales reporting, inventory management, and retail software (POS

systems).

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Passion for home décor, luxury goods, or fashion retail is a plus.
