About the role:

Tribe Consulting is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced
Accountant
to join our dynamic Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a solid accounting background who is eager to grow within the fast-paced BPO industry. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in financial accounting & management,
payroll management
,
EOBI
, and
taxation
, and must be comfortable working in a rotational shift environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute monthly payroll processes with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Handle all matters related to
    EOBI contributions
    and compliance
  • Manage
    tax filings, deductions, and reporting
    as per local laws and regulations
  • Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and reports
  • Assist with financial audits and internal reviews
  • Collaborate with HR and operations teams for payroll inputs and verifications
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial summaries as needed
  • Utilize
    Excel and Google Sheets
    for day-to-day accounting and reconciliation tasks

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of relevant experience
    in accounting, preferably in the BPO or services sector
  • Strong knowledge of
    EOBI regulations, taxation laws
    , and
    payroll processing
  • Proficiency in
    Microsoft Excel
    and
    Google Sheets
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance;
    B.COM
    ,
    ACCA, ACMA, or MBA (Finance)
    preferred
  • Ability to work in
    rotational shifts
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
