Stafflink is looking for a
Data Scraper / Web Scraping Engineer
to help us build reliable, scalable data pipelines that extract, clean, and deliver structured data from web and API sources.

If you're experienced in
Python, web scraping frameworks, and data engineering
, and have a background in
lead generation for IT service-based businesses
, we'd love to hear from you This is a role for someone who can work independently and deliver qualified leads daily using primarily cost-effective or free tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential clients across the USA in the IT services and software consultancy space.
  • Extract and deliver accurate lead data, including:
  • Company name & website
  • Contact person's name, title (e.g., CTOs, CIOs, Founders, Product Managers)
  • Verified business emails
  • LinkedIn profile URLs
  • Company size, industry & location
  • Use tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, , ZoomInfo, , Skrapp, Dataminer, or other cost-effective/free platforms.
  • Maintain organized lead databases in Google Sheets or Excel.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR and CAN-SPAM regulations.
  • Apply strategies to overcome anti-bot measures (IP rotation, CAPTCHAs, etc.) responsibly and ethically.
