Role Overview:
We're seeking a highly detail-oriented Data Scraper / Lead Generation Specialist
to help us identify, collect, and qualify high-value leads across global markets. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with both
automated data extraction tools
and
manual research techniques
, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and relevance of lead data for sales and marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Use web scraping tools, APIs, and automation platforms to extract relevant business and contact data.
- Build and maintain high-quality lead lists based on target industries, geographies, and personas.
- Clean, validate, and enrich data to ensure accuracy and usability.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to define lead criteria and improve data pipelines.
- Research and identify decision-makers across LinkedIn, Apollo, Crunchbase, and other databases.
- Track and report key metrics related to lead generation performance and conversion quality.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in lead generation, data scraping, or market research.
- Proficiency with tools like
Python (BeautifulSoup, Scrapy), Phantombuster, Apify, Octoparse, or similar
. - Hands-on experience with
CRM or lead databases
(e.g., Apollo, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator). - Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
- Familiarity with automation and data cleaning techniques (Google Sheets, Excel, or custom scripts).
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in the IT, SaaS, or digital marketing sectors.
- Understanding of B2B sales funnels and outreach processes.
- Basic knowledge of APIs and data integration.
