Role Overview:

We're seeking a highly detail-oriented Data Scraper / Lead Generation Specialist
to help us identify, collect, and qualify high-value leads across global markets. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with both
automated data extraction tools
and
manual research techniques
, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and relevance of lead data for sales and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Use web scraping tools, APIs, and automation platforms to extract relevant business and contact data.
  • Build and maintain high-quality lead lists based on target industries, geographies, and personas.
  • Clean, validate, and enrich data to ensure accuracy and usability.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to define lead criteria and improve data pipelines.
  • Research and identify decision-makers across LinkedIn, Apollo, Crunchbase, and other databases.
  • Track and report key metrics related to lead generation performance and conversion quality.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in lead generation, data scraping, or market research.
  • Proficiency with tools like
    Python (BeautifulSoup, Scrapy), Phantombuster, Apify, Octoparse, or similar
    .
  • Hands-on experience with
    CRM or lead databases
    (e.g., Apollo, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with automation and data cleaning techniques (Google Sheets, Excel, or custom scripts).
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience in the IT, SaaS, or digital marketing sectors.
  • Understanding of B2B sales funnels and outreach processes.
  • Basic knowledge of APIs and data integration.
