Job Summary
NUOMI is seeking a proactive and results-oriented Sales Manager – B2B Expansion Lead to spearhead nationwide business growth. This position combines strategic planning with hands-on execution to expand NUOMI's dealer and distributor network across Pakistan in the kitchen, wardrobe, and hardware segments. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader who can build and manage teams while personally driving high-value sales closures.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive nationwide B2B sales expansion strategy.
- Identify, engage, and onboard manufacturers, hardware dealers, distributors, and project partners.
- Define monthly sales targets, track performance, and take corrective measures when needed.
- Train new channel partners and internal teams on NUOMI products, features, and value propositions.
- Conduct regular market visits to build strong relationships and capture new business opportunities.
- Prepare and present detailed sales, performance, and market insight reports every three days to management.
- Balance strategic growth initiatives with tactical deal execution to maximize results.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 4–6 years of experience in B2B or project-based sales, ideally within kitchen hardware, wardrobes, doors, or related industries.
- Demonstrated success in sales leadership and team management.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building capabilities.
- Ability to combine strategic foresight with active sales execution.
- Willingness to travel nationwide for business development.
