Admin Executive

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Admin Executive to oversee and manage the day-to-day administrative operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to ensure smooth business operations and support management in achieving company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily administrative functions and ensure efficient office operations.
- Manage correspondence, documentation, filing systems, and record keeping.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management.
- Support HR and finance teams in administrative tasks such as payroll coordination, attendance tracking, and expense reporting.
- Handle procurement of office supplies, maintenance of office equipment, and vendor management.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other management documents as required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and assist in policy updates and implementation.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication.
- Support planning and execution of company events, training sessions, and staff activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in administrative or executive support roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
