We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Specialist to lead and manage our technology landscape across the organization.

Job Summary:

The Senior IT Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the company's IT infrastructure, systems management, software implementation, and user support. This role requires a blend of hands-on technical expertise and strategic thinking to ensure smooth IT operations, data security, and system scalability. The ideal candidate should have experience in hardware, networks, ERP systems, cloud technologies, and cyber security, preferably in a retail/manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:IT Infrastructure Management

  • Manage and maintain hardware (servers, PCs, POS systems, routers, printers) across all locations.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, VPN, and wireless network connectivity.
  • Ensure system uptime, performance, and disaster recovery readiness.

Software & Systems

  • Administer ERP and POS systems (e.g., inventory, sales, accounts, HR modules).
  • Coordinate software installations, upgrades, and licenses.
  • Support integration of various platforms (CRM, accounting, e-commerce, etc.) with the central ERP.

Cybersecurity & Data Management

  • Implement and maintain data protection protocols, antivirus systems, and firewalls.
  • Manage backups, cloud storage, user access control, and IT policy enforcement.
  • Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments.

User Support & Training

  • Provide Level 2/3 technical support to end users across departments.
  • Train staff on systems usage, IT policies, and digital tools.
  • Develop IT documentation and SOPs for internal processes.

IT Strategy & Vendor Coordination

  • Contribute to IT strategy, budgeting, and roadmap planning with senior management.
  • Evaluate and manage relationships with IT vendors, service providers, and consultants.
  • Research and recommend technology upgrades aligned with business goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or network management.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Firewalls, Networking Protocols.
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or local ERPs).
  • Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud).
  • Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multi-location IT operations.
  • Experience in retail, furniture, or manufacturing sector (preferred).
