We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Email Marketing Specialist to join a leading EU-based digital marketing agency. This is a senior/expert-level position requiring exceptional proficiency in English communication.

We are seeking a skilled professional to create and manage email flows, automations, and campaigns using Klaviyo, Drip, and ActiveCampaign. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire campaign lifecycle from start to finish, crafting engaging and effective email copy, and designing visually appealing emails with a focus on usability and conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage email flows, automations, and campaigns using Klaviyo, Drip, and ActiveCampaign.
  • Oversee the entire campaign lifecycle, from initial concept to execution and performance analysis.
  • Write compelling email copy and design visually appealing emails that prioritize usability and drive conversions.
  • Track and analyze email campaign performance, utilizing A/B testing to optimize results.
  • Implement advanced campaign segmentation and develop strategies for customer journey and lifecycle marketing.
  • Set up personalized email automation workflows based on customer data.
  • Design and create email layouts with a strong focus on UX and UI principles.
  • Troubleshoot technical and deliverability issues independently to ensure optimal campaign performance.

Requirements:

  • Strong portfolio showcasing various email campaigns and designs.
  • Professional English language skills, both verbal and written.
  • Expertise in Klaviyo, Drip, and ActiveCampaign.
  • Strong skills in email copywriting and visual email design.
  • Proficiency in tracking campaign performance and conducting A/B tests.
  • Deep understanding of campaign segmentation and customer lifecycle marketing.
  • Experience in setting up personalized automation workflows.
  • Strong UX and UI design skills for email layouts.
  • Ability to independently troubleshoot technical and deliverability issues.
