Job Purpose

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong financial background, basic understanding of telecom network technologies, and proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
  • Provide support in CAPEX management and other financial matters within the department, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Oversee the maintenance and administration of trackers, archives, and databases for all assigned tasks, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company standards.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in CAPEX-related tasks and activities as and when required inclusive but not limited to audits, yearly CAPEX and adjustment plans etc.
  • Review, verification and reconciliation of the documentation and manage the CAPEX funds allocations in Project Code for company level departments in line with the applicable policies and processes
  • Responsible for initiating the NP departmental PRs, tracking and managing the database of all NP Department PRs, POs, BPAs and LCs in compliance with established processes and policies.
  • Maintain and update the company-wide CAPEX project tracker and monitoring progress against key project milestones.
  • Provide support in financial operations for both CAPEX and OPEX within the department. Ensure compliance with internal financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of Investment, Capitalization, GRNs, ARNs, LC/IC, Invoices, and Bank Guarantee processes and systems.
  • Expertise in ERP systems and processes, with proven ability to identify ERP-related issues and suggest effective solutions.
  • Facilitate inter- and intra-departmental coordination through proactive follow-ups, ensuring timely issuance of documents and efficient management of trackers and databases.

Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills): Education:

  • At least bachelors in financial disciplines, MBA/Masters in Finance will be a plus. CMA, CPA, PMP or other relevant professional certification is a plus

Work Experience

  • 3-4 years of relevant experience, preferably on related systems as well.

Skills - Job Specific:

  • Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis using tools like MS Excel and Power BI
  • Basic understanding of telecom network architecture, including mobile (4G/5G), fiber, and fixed-line technologies.
  • Experienced with ERP systems, with strong knowledge of related processes and system modules.
  • Skilled in managing reports, trackers, and databases for effective project and performance monitoring.
  • Strong end-to-end project management skills, from planning through execution.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
