What is Expert Platform & Delivery-Digital Solutions?

The Expert Platform & Delivery - Digital Solutions will be responsible for managing the platform and ensuring successful delivery of digital solutions, with a strong focus on client-side interactions. The role involves closely working with internal/external stakeholders to drive platform innovation, modernization, and routine management while handling client-side queries related to tool usage, platform functionality, and delivery requirements. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for addressing client needs, ensuring smooth operations, and facilitating seamless delivery of digital solutions that meet client expectations.

Additionally, the candidate will play a key role in supporting the development, maintenance, and optimization of in-house managed systems/products, as well as business intelligence tools and analytics platforms, specifically ensuring that the client's requirements are met with efficiency. The position will also contribute to backend operations, assisting with process digitalization, automation, and data management, all to enhance the client experience and streamline delivery processes.

The candidate shall be able to deploy, configure, and manage our Tableau Server environment and support the broader backend infrastructure for data analytics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our analytics platform, enabling data teams and business users to access insights seamlessly.

What does Expert Platform & Delivery-Digital Solutions?

BI & Data Management & Backend Operations:

• Assist in the development and maintenance of BI solutions, ensuring they are tailored to client-specific needs.
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across BI platforms.
• Support in data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes to ensure smooth client-side integration.
• Work with business teams to understand client requirements, delivering insights and solutions that drive value.

Automation & Digitalization:

• Support automation initiatives to enhance internal management workflows.
• Assist in the development of automated reporting and dashboard solutions.
• Work with scripting tools such as Python, SQL, and RPA technologies to automate tasks client-facing tasks.
• Contribute to process digitalization efforts by identifying and implementing efficiency-improving technologies.
• Backend Operations & Support:
• Provide support in managing backend operations of all the inhouse and partner platforms.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to data pipelines and automation processes to ensure clients experience seamless operation.
• Assist in data governance and compliance efforts to ensure adherence to internal and external policies.

Collaboration & Learning:

• Work closely with senior team members to understand and implement best practices in client-side delivery and support.
• Collaborate with IT, data teams, and business units to enhance data-driven decision-making.
• Stay informed about emerging industry trends, bringing innovative solutions to client-side systems and ensuring clients benefit from the latest technologies.

Requirements

What are we looking for and what does it require to be an Expert Platform Delivery

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Basic experience with Tableau, SQL, Python, and other automation tools.
• Proven experience administering Tableau Server in an enterprise environment.
• Strong understanding of enterprise data infrastructure, networking, and security principles.
• Experience with Windows or Linux server environments, scripting (PowerShell, Bash), and automation tools.
• Experience in role-based access control (RBAC), server management, and logging tools.
• Good understanding of data warehouse concepts and common ETL tools.
• Candidate should have expertise in manual and automated testing, test planning, API, performance, and security testing.
• Proficiency in tools like Selenium, JMeter, Jira, and experience with Agile, CI/CD, and cross-platform testing will be preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of automation technologies such as RPA and workflow automation tools.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Experience:
- Experience with cloud-based BI solutions (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Exposure to AI/ML-driven automation technologies.
- Experience in an agile business environment.
