About Us

Zia Dental Care & Aesthetics (Karachi), Dr. Aimen Zia Dental Clinic (Dubai), and Al Badr Al Monir Social Media Marketing are expanding our digital marketing team.

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketer with strong expertise in Social Media Marketing (SMM) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) to manage and grow our lead generation campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, GMB), Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, etc.

Develop and manage social media marketing strategies to build brand presence and generate qualified leads.

Monitor budgets, analyze KPIs, and continuously optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.

Drive lead conversion and ensure high-quality results for clinic campaigns.

Collaborate with management to set monthly targets (minimum consultations/appointments).

Stay up-to-date with digital trends, algorithms, and performance marketing strategies.

Qualifications & Skills Required5 – 10+ years proven experience in Performance Marketing, SMM & SEM.

Strong expertise in Google Ads & Facebook Ads Manager.

Excellent knowledge of digital platforms: Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, GMB.

Hands-on experience in lead generation campaigns & conversion tracking.

Analytical skills to measure performance and optimize results.

Strong communication and reporting skills.

Job Details

Working Hours: 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Days: Monday – Saturday (Sunday off, Eid Holidays observed)Package: 120,000 PKR per month
