Job Summary:

The Project Consultant (VLS Support) will serve as a bridge between clients and internal teams, providing consulting, project coordination, and technical support for Vehicle Leasing Solutions (VLS) projects. The role requires strong client-handling skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to manage project deliverables efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for VLS clients, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution
  • Gather and analyze client requirements, translating them into actionable tasks for technical teams
  • Assist in project planning, scheduling, and execution to ensure on-time delivery
  • Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and client training for VLS systems
  • Prepare project documentation, including proposals, SRS, progress reports, and user manuals
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with internal teams and clients to track deliverables
  • Identify risks, escalate issues, and recommend process improvements
  • Support pre-sales activities by assisting with demos, presentations, and solution proposals when required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related discipline
  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, consulting, or client support in the IT/software sector
  • Strong communication and presentation skills (must-have)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in project management/collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, ClickUp, Asana)
  • Knowledge of Vehicle Leasing / Fleet Management Systems will be a plus
