Job Description

*Responsibilities:*

  • Analyze and automate operational workflows to improve efficiency.
  • Develop SQL queries and use Python to automate reporting and data processing.
  • Utilize Google Analytics and other relevant tools for data tracking and insights.
  • Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, Looker, or similar tools.
  • Develop and manage ticketing systems to optimize process tracking across teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Create and implement data-driven solutions
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs
  • Communicate findings in a clear and concise manner
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest data analysis techniques and technologies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics)
  • 2 - 3 years of experience in data analysis and automation.
  • Strong SQL and Python skills
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Google Analytics, Looker)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Familiar with GitHub and similar tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must have excellent analytical skills and business acumen to build strong business cases
  • Commercially focused and consumer-centric. Demonstrated ability to convert information into clear ideas
  • Experience working within the technology industry is a plus.

  • Familiarity with machine learning and artificial intelligence
  • Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
  • Experience with data mining and text analytics
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
